April 2003 - "Lessons from the Butterflies"

Spring is finally here.  I'm guessing that this newsletter finds you pondering the things
you need to change to get ready for summer or perhaps just re-evaluating how well
your new years resolutions went. Spring always brings a new sense of life and renewal.

Since the season is changing how about making at least one positive change in your
diet before the next newsletter?  I've already been experiencing some positive changes
in my life and I look forward to sharing them with you right here in this newsletter.
